In today's mobile world, optimizing the user experience for car rentals is crucial. My capstone project showcased my skills as a user researcher and designer, leveraging cutting-edge tech and a human-centered design approach. I developed a scalable, user-friendly design system, delivering interactive prototypes and design guidelines. This project underscores the impact of user-centered design in creating innovative solutions for enhanced user experiences and business success.

This research project aims to document the car purchasing experience at dealerships, focusing on factors influencing buying decisions, customer pain points, and quantifying their intensity. The goal is to enhance user experience, provide insights for product improvements, and strengthen customer connections for CDK Global.

The main objective of the application was to provide safety instructions while traveling. It helped you to create and track itineraries and provided history and knowledge of a location. The most important feature was receiving notifications of crime rates in the vicinity.
